Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher
• Deliver pre-planned work and maintain a positive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school behaviour policies
• Support students to remain engaged and focused on their learning
• Report safeguarding, behavioural, or welfare concerns appropriately
• Liaise effectively with teaching and pastoral staff
Requirements:
• Experience working with young people in schools, sports coaching, youth work, or similar settings
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, professional, and confident approach
• Ability to build positive working relationships with students and staff
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
