Cover Supervisor – Norwich

We are currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Norwich. Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term opportunities.

This is an excellent role for individuals who enjoy working with young people and are looking to gain valuable classroom experience across a variety of subjects and year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during the absence of the class teacher
Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Provide support to students where needed to aid learning
Report any issues or concerns to teaching staff

Requirements:

Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work etc.)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Confident, adaptable, and professional approach
Ability to engage and motivate secondary-aged students
