Teach is seeking a passionate Forest School Facilitator to join a nurturing educational setting in Suffolk. This unique role offers the opportunity to guide learning sessions that inspire curiosity, resilience, and independence in children through hands-on experiences in natural environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Forest School sessions that support holistic child development
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Encourage exploration, creativity, and problem-solving
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents to support individual learning needs
- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety and safeguarding standards
Requirements
- Forest School Level 3 qualification (or working towards it)
- Experience working with children in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Strong understanding of child development and learning principles
- Excellent communication, organisation, and risk assessment skills
- Passion for education, and promoting wellbeing
