About the Role

Teach is currently recruiting caring and enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Nurses to join friendly and supportive nursery settings in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the early development of children aged 0–5, helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where they can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and early years education
• Assist in planning and leading play-based learning activities
• Promote emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour, and developmental milestones
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
• A nurturing, reliable, and proactive approach to childcare
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting early development and creating joyful learning experiences
