 Key Responsibilities:

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities

• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment

• Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues

• Support daily routines including meals, hygiene, and play activities

• Follow safeguarding, welfare, and health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent)

• Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting

• Good understanding of the EYFS framework

• Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding training desirable

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Caring, patient, and nurturing approach

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
