Level 3 Nursery Nurses – Norwich

Teach Tiny, part of Teach Ltd, is currently recruiting caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Level 3 Nursery Nurses to support nurseries and early years settings in Norwich and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for passionate early years professionals who can provide high-quality care and education while supporting young children’s learning and development in safe and nurturing environments.

The Role

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities

• Creating safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environments

• Following EYFS guidelines and nursery policies

• Assisting with observations and developmental records

• Supporting children’s personal care routines where required

• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

• Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion at all times

The Ideal Candidate

Applicants should:

• Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Have previous nursery or early years experience

• Demonstrate a caring, patient, and nurturing approach

• Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework

• Be reliable, flexible, and professional

• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
