Maths Teacher – Full-Time Opportunity in South Norfolk
Teach Ltd is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to work full-time at a welcoming secondary school in South Norfolk for the summer term.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Maths Teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons
• Teaching Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assessing, monitoring, and tracking student progress
• Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Working collaboratively with the wider Maths department and school staff
• Supporting pupils to achieve academic success and confidence in Maths
The Ideal Candidate
Applicants should:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have recent experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
• Be passionate about education and student achievement
• Be reliable, professional, and adaptable
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
