Nursery Manager (Maternity Cover) – Loddon

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join a welcoming early years setting in Loddon on a maternity cover basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who is committed to delivering high-quality childcare, supporting staff development, and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards
Support, motivate, and develop the staff team
Build strong relationships with parents and carers

What we’re looking for:

Previous nursery management or deputy experience
Strong knowledge of EYFS
A positive, hands-on leadership style
Level 3 qualification (minimum) in Early Years
