About the Role
Teach Tiny is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a vibrant early years setting in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader to shape the nursery’s vision, drive excellence in care and education, and foster a nurturing environment for children aged 0–5.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Lead and support a team of early years practitioners, promoting best practice and professional development
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and EYFS framework standards
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and learning, implementing improvements where needed
- Manage administrative duties including staffing, budgeting, and safeguarding protocols
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Childcare or Early Years Education
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent communication, organisational, and team management skills
- A proactive, nurturing approach with a commitment to high standards of care and education
