About the Role

Teach is currently recruiting warm, enthusiastic, and qualified Nursery Nurses to join nurturing early years settings across Cambridgeshire. This is a wonderful opportunity to support young children in their foundational development, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment where they can explore, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality care for children aged 0–5
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
• Foster emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour, and independence
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment in line with EYFS standards
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
• A nurturing, reliable, and proactive approach to childcare
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Genuine passion for supporting early childhood development
