Primary Teachers Needed Across Cambridgeshire

Teach Ltd is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to support a range of primary schools across Cambridgeshire.

We are seeking passionate educators for both day-to-day supply and longer-term placements, offering flexible opportunities to suit a variety of teaching preferences and availability.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers, Early Career Teachers (ECTs), and adaptable educators looking to work within supportive and welcoming school environments.

The Role

Responsibilities may include:

• Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary age range

• Following school planning or preparing lessons where required

• Managing classroom behaviour effectively

• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress

• Adapting teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs

• Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams

The Ideal Candidate

Applicants should:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Have recent experience teaching within primary schools

• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills

• Be flexible, reliable, and professional

• Have a positive and engaging teaching approach

• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
