About the Role
Teach is seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join a specialist educational setting in Norfolk. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development alongside academic goals
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure consistent and effective support
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise outcomes
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working in an SEN setting (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs and effective teaching approaches
- Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
- Commitment to inclusion and helping every child reach their full potential
