Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support and progress
- Promote positive outcomes and encourage independence, confidence, and wellbeing in every learner
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in an SEN setting
- Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
- Commitment to inclusive education and student-centred learning
- Passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young people
