About the Role

Teach is seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Norwich. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEND
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Implement effective behaviour support strategies and classroom management techniques
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support and progress
  • Promote positive outcomes and encourage independence, confidence, and wellbeing in every learner

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in an SEN setting
  • Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
  • Commitment to inclusive education and student-centred learning
  • Passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young people
