About the Role
Teach is currently recruiting a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Lowestoft. This is a meaningful opportunity to support students with a range of special educational needs and contribute to their academic, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to students with additional needs, helping them access learning and thrive in the classroom
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent and effective support
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and independence
- Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and individual learning plans
- Encourage and celebrate student progress, both academically and personally
