SEND Teaching Assistants Required – Attleborough

Teach Ltd is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a SEND provision in the Attleborough area on a supply basis.

The provision is looking for caring, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs. The role will involve working within small groups and providing 1:1 support, depending on the individual needs of the pupils and the requirements of the provision.

You will support pupils with their learning, development and engagement, helping to create a calm, safe and supportive environment. You may also assist with classroom activities, encourage positive behaviour and work alongside teachers and other staff to support individual learning needs.

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND would be beneficial. Experience in education, care or support work may also be relevant. Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who are reliable, adaptable and committed to supporting pupils.

The position is offered on a temporary supply basis, with assignments offered subject to the requirements of the provision and your availability. Opportunities may be available for individual days as well as longer temporary assignments.

Teach Ltd is looking for Teaching Assistants with good communication skills, a positive approach and a genuine interest in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.

If you are looking for flexible supply work and would be interested in supporting pupils within a SEND provision in the Attleborough area, Teach Ltd would be pleased to hear from you.
