About the Role

Teach is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Cambridgeshire. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils and teaching staff, providing essential support that helps children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils to reinforce learning
• Assist with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and resource preparation
• Promote pupil confidence, independence, and wellbeing
• Collaborate with staff and parents to meet individual learning needs

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
