About the Role

Teach is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Hertfordshire. Key Responsibilities

• Support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils to reinforce learning
• Assist with classroom management and preparation of learning materials
• Promote pupil wellbeing, confidence, and independence
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to meet individual learning needs

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
