About the Role

Teach is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Norfolk. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils and teaching staff, providing essential classroom support and helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

This is a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of engaging lessons and learning activities
• Support pupils individually and in small groups to reinforce understanding
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to meet the needs of all learners
• Promote pupil confidence, independence, and wellbeing

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning support
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
