About the Role

Teach is currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Norfolk. Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Support pupils individually and in small groups to reinforce learning

• Contribute to behaviour management and pupil wellbeing
• Collaborate with staff and parents to meet the needs of all learners

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning support
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
